American No. 20 seed Sam Querrey impressed the home fans on Sunday at Flushing Meadows as he struck 42 winners and 19 aces to power into the US Open fourth round with a 6-3, 6-4, 6-4 victory over No. 14 seed Nicolas Almagro.
