Former Paraguay international Roque Santa Cruz is set to join Marseille on loan from Manchester City.
Former City boss Mark Hughes paid Blackburn Rovers £17.5million for Santa Cruz just 12 months ago but Roberto Mancini is now desperate to sell him.
