Introduction
With Betfair always being innovative, it would be strange if the poker rooms wasn’t. The software is quite unique and based upon Danish poker star Gus Hansens own ideas when PokerChamps were build back in the days. Betfair joined, bought the package and developed it into a room with good juicy traffic in most games and stakes. Decent tournament selection.
Cash games
Good cash game action in low- to medium-stakes and it’s getting better by the minute. The vast majority of players are sportsbettors with little knowledge about poker, so the level is quite soft in general.
Tournaments
You’ll find many lower buy-in tournaments and more than 30 freerolls weekly – with good value. Betfair also offers about 20 guaranteed tournaments daily with the largest being the weekly $66,000. Betfair Poker runs satellites to almost all big live events such as the EPT, WPT and WSOP.
Support
With support staff in many languages, Betfair support is very professional. Get in touch with them by sending an email support, or giving them a call for personal assistance on more complicated matters.
Software
The Betfair Poker software used to be a privately developed by famous Danish poker player Gus Hansen, when Betfair purchased PokerChamps. Their latest move to the Ongame Network has brought the best conditions to their players with constant games and top notch software in all aspects from usability to graphics.
