Try this. When you have free bet at will hill you can't see it as your balance. Make a selection and instead of choosing a stake in the bet slip you can use your free bet. Worth a try..

What does this mean? Did you check the bet slip like Donkey advised? It might work. I haven't been able to reach our WH contact yet, but rest assured that the winnings will arrive..... eventually.. sorry.
