1. Sign up:

Save these two numbers but delete the email so unauthorized access to your email does not give access to your NETELLER account.
2. First deposit and phone confirmation:
You are now able to log into your Neteller account and make your first deposit. Upon completing the first deposit, NETELLER will try to call you on the phone number you entered when registering. If you were not able to answer, you can request another call by email or live-chat. You can of course also call them yourself if you prefer. In this call they will simply verify that you are you by asking for your name, address, email, phone number and security answer. This phone confirmation is a one time process, and you will never be asked to verfify your identity again unless something suspicious occurs.
3. Upgrade to extended account by proof of ID and address:
Upgrading is almost essential to get benefits from your NETELLER acocunt. Without an upgrade you can’t withdraw, you have a low limit and you cannot send money to other NETELLER accounts. Upgrading your account is done by choosing “Upgrade to extended” when logged in. You will be asked to submit a copy of your ID (passport or driver’s license) and a copy of a bankstatement or utility bill to verify your adress. NETELLER are quite strict with the quality of these documents so be sure your copy is in colour and all 4 corners of the documents are visible.
When these documents are confirmed within a couple of days your account will be fully upgraded with all the benefits that come along.
