Streaming is Changing

Bad news making way for good news

Hi people, a quick update from the man with the plan 8)

We are upgrading our development server and this takes more work and changes than we anticipated. Until this server works we are not able to update betscout.com with the December contest and the changes we have been working on.

We will do our best to get it all online for the weekend!

With more than enough drama and work on our hands, an email pops up in my inbox from an UEFA representative forcing us to close down the live streaming script

I am aware that it is not legal to broadcast sports live, but I can not see anything wrong with having a script hosted by another site (livescorehunter) linking to other sites hosting the illegal streams… Anyone should be able to link to anything on the web IMO. Free sharing of any information and freedom of speech.. That’s what I’m used to and what I demand for myself and others.

But in the end there’s nothing to do, and I’m sure you guys will have no problem finding live streaming links anyway ;) Livescorehunter dot com is still in business along with a few others, but I know they are aggressive towards live streaming closing down sites constantly. As most of you know, the leading streaming site myp2p.eu was closed down not too long ago. It’s up on a new domain though but it’s worthless now.

Luckily I convinced the UEFA guy to give us time to make the necessary changes, because this does not mean the end of live streaming at betscout.com. We will do the best we can in this situation, which is replace the current script with 100% reliable, legal and free streaming links from every single bookmaker with streaming – covering the complete schedules of each. La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga 1+2, Ligue 1, South American football and the vast majority of interesting tennis matches. The only thing we will really miss are US sports and Premier League.

It should be okay and actually we will become the best online guide to bookmaker streams. In Odds, Livescore and each event you can always see if a match is streamed live by a bookmaker, months ahead for big leagues and always a few days ahead for any other game of the sports currently covered here at betscout. We are also adding more sports, but that will be at least a few weeks.

Busy days at the Betscout office these days and at lot of changes on all fronts.

Stay tuned for updates.
